Our Firm has its origins in 1983, when Ms Marilyn Haynes first entered practice in Tweed Heads, with Mr Colin James. Marilyn and Colin were known for their sound legal knowledge and dedicated service to clients and the community. Marilyn practiced as Marilyn Haynes Lawyers and Conveyancers for many years, until her untimely passing in early 2013. Since acquiring the practice in 2013, my staff and I have strived to continue Marilyn’s approach to the practice of law, and to grow the business based on her values.
